Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that the Goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or given or sent to you, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

If the goods or services varies meaningfully with our description, you are entitled to refund, on return of our goods. In this case we will take care of the return postage. If the goods or services matches our description, but you are returning as a result of change of mind, i.e if it is within our 14 days right of return, you will bear the postage cost.

All goods will be checked before any refund will be given. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
